Wayne has over three decades of experience in public safety, including Emergency Management, Law Enforcement, and Fire Department Leadership.

Wayne served as the Mississippi Director for the Office of Emergency Planning and Response. Wayne has vast experience in National Incident Management Systems, Incident Commander and Operations, and Logistics and Planning Sections Chief.  

Wayne also currently holds his commercial pilot ATP Certificate.
