John has decades of experience in Human Resources, Insurance Loss Control/ Risk Management, and Safety Consulting. He has experience conducting site surveys and risk analysis. He has worked for companies in the Oil and Gas production, Insurance and Manufacturing. He has served several boards including the Mississippi Manufacturers Association, College Workforce Development, and numerous community boards.

John has also successfully owned several businesses and is an NREMT.
